Shipping policy

Ships from our US supplier. Orders are passed to the supplier as soon as payment clears, and the supplier ships directly to you. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way. Delivery time depends on the supplier and where you are - if your tracking has not moved in a few days, email us and we will chase it for you. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full and tell you the same day.
